Wow, this was a lot of work...I was taught by how to use painttool sai, and boy do I /love/ that program! :3

This was the product of multiple days worth of work, and a three how session in Loveless's room (spitting soda at each other and all that crazy stuff xDDD). All in all, I'm very proud of it :3

Physical Description: Harmonie trains constantly so she’s physically fit and very flexible and agile. She’s average height and average build, but she doesn’t mind not standing out in a crowd.

Personality
General Personality: Thunder Bird is professional to a T: she will never say anything to worry those around her, she can keep a level head in a crisis, but also has issues controlling her emotions. She likes to watch people laugh, and enjoys sitting outside a group of people and watching them interact, even if the people are her close friends. As a civilian, Harmonie meditates often to try and sort out her emotional issues, though with little luck; she still runs the risk of falling mid-flight during battle in a fit of rage, or her powers fizzing out completely because of a bad memory.

Good Traits: Fiercely loyal, constantly strives for perfection, and easily forgiving those she views as friends.
Bad Traits: Has a ‘black and white’ sense of justice: there is no gray area with her, she tends to overthink and therefore misread intentions.

Quirks: Her love for ice cream is unparalleled in this universe, her meditations usually come with a phrase or mantra she recites and is usually something outside-the-box because she thinks most affirmations are boring.

Power(s): She can control Thunderstorms and can use the wind to fly short distances.

POWER/ABILITY 1: Controls lightning strikes.
PROS: With the speed of up to 60,000 miles per second and a temperature of up to 50,000 degrees Fahrenheit, her ability to control lightning bolts is her most powerful attack.
CONS: This is the first ability that disappears when her emotions start to tamper with her powers; on a side note, lightning is extremely unpredictable, even when Harmonie has full control; this isn’t an ability to be used when an ally and enemy are close to each other.

POWER/ABILITY 2: Uses her ability to control electricity as a physical amplification to her hand-to-hand combat.
PROS: Her attacks, while not very strong, are tripled in power when she electrifies her body (usually using power lines or anything connected to electricity).
CONS: Her body is not immune to the effects of electricity or lightning, though she can keep it from effecting her organs and nervous system, so she gains damage even as she deals it.

Weapon(s): She carries around a bow that has no string. The bow is used to help her aim her one attack that has pinpoint accuracy: Lightning arrow that merely needs to be near the target to cause damage. Even if the bolt misses, the sonic boom from the thunder sends a wall of sound crashing into the opponent. Harmonie also carries around smoke pellets in case she needs to make a quick escape.
Style: Harmonie likes to keep her distance from her opponent when she can. She can form decent strategies on the fly, when the occasion calls for it.
Strengths: Can be a quick thinker, and calm in a dangerous situation (as long as her emotions don’t rear their ugly head). Harmonie also puts civilians and her teammates well-being above her own, which often leads to her gaining the most damage in dangerous encounters.
Weaknesses: Her emotions can affect her at any time, and that’s a weakness that can cause her powers to short out and quick working altogether. Harmonie can also have trouble with seeing the world as ‘black and white’ and ignoring the grey areas when it comes to justice.

Background:
Harmonie was born and raised on the reservation, and took care of the family when her father turned to drugs and alcohol to cope with her mother's death. Harmonie's very dignified and doesn't tolerate excuses when a job needs to be done. She can be hard to handle, espeicially because she is motherly with a hint of spice.

When Harmonie was 13, and her brother Marcoh was 10, they went on a hiking trip with their Uncle Moondance. During this hiking trip. Harmonie, who loved hiking and exploring, found a side path deep into a canyon. Ditching their uncle and dragging her brother who didn't want to come, Harmonie led her brother down the trail into a hidden valley in the mountains. In this hidden valley, the legandary Thunderbird and Great Serpent of Native American legend were locked in a battle to the death.

The children stumbled upon the fight and were locked in a trance as they watched the fight. Then, the Thunderbird and Great Serpent struck each other, both giving the other a fatal wound. The Thunderbird, sensing the children, soared toward them. Harmonie, fearing the worse, pushed her brother out of the way, and the Thunderbird entered her, bestowing his powers into her. The Great Serpent, meanwhile, quickly slid into Marcoh, unnoticed by anyone.

6 months later, when both of their powers clashed during a fight over who was supposed to clean the dishes, Harmonie caused a massive thunder storm that turned into a tornado and Marcoh nearly burned the house down. Realizing what their powers meant, the Shaman blessed Harmonie with tribal tattoos on her body, which disappeared into her skin and only reappear when her powers are being used, and cursed Marcoh by scarring his neck and chest.

Both of them were driven off the reservation by their family, who refused to acknowledge them as anything but freaks.

Hurt and angry, both teen started off in separate directions, literally and figuratively: Harmonie headed toward the south east, to travel in the southern part of the US to become the hero, Thunder Bird; Marcoh traveled a more north-eastern path and became the villain Serpent..
